Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Apparel items must be unworn, with all tags. Customer is responsible for purchasing the proper size apparel. Incorrect sized apparel or returns for reasons other than defective or damaged on arrival will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. An increasing number of vendors are insisting that they be involved with the repair/returns process to monitor product quality, seller performance and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. Please expect battery powered and electronic devices to require vendor Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) for return in all cases.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
When a product arrives defective, we will assist in arranging for its repair or we will replace the product with new or refurbished product of the same type or equivalent according to our vendor’s warranty policy. It is important to know that many vendors wish to deal with customers directly when there are problems with their products. This is their time to shine and take the burden and hassle of these situations so we can all have a positive experience. Replacement product or parts will be warranted from the date of original invoice or 30 days from the RGA date, whichever is greater.
Augers, Electronics, Cameras, and Batteries must be serviced only at the manufacturer’s Authorized Service Center or returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED UNLESS WE RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER. We are happy to assist you in contacting the appropriate departments or persons to perform troubleshooting and obtain warranty authorization.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (which depends on the carrier and shipping time you selected in cases where you are paying for shipping), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you choose to ship an item internationally via a 3rd party shipping/export service, we are only responsible to get the product to that shipper/exporter and will not be responsible if you cannot receive product into your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand their country's rules and regulations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When a package leaves our possession into that of a carrier, we are no longer in control of that package and cannot be liable for any delays in transit, losses, or damage beyond that of the coverage of that package's insured value, typically limited at $100.00 US.
